Life in Lima's notorious Castro Castro Prison isn't quite so bad for one of its inmates. The father of murdered student Stephany Flores says his daughter's accused killer is "living like a king," RadarOnline.com has learned.

Van der Sloot, who also remains the only suspect in the disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, is awaiting trial in Lima for the murder of Flores, a 21-year-old student who was found brutally beaten to death in his hotel room.

In an interview on Peruvian TV, businessman Ricardo Flores complained that although Castro Castro is infamously crowded, van der Sloot has a private cell.

He also has more exercise privileges that other inmates and has access to marijuana. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, van der Sloot was caught on tape negotiating a pot purchase in the prison yard.

Castro Castro officials later claimed in was a "sting operation."

In preparation for his trial, a Peruvian judge, Carlos Cordova, has ordered still more psychological testing of the accused. The Dutch national initially confessed to the murder but later unsuccessfully argued to have his confession thrown out.

Stephany Flores was murdered May 30, five years to the day when Natalee went missing while vacationing in Aruba. Van der Sloot is the last person known to have seen her alive.
