Lady GaGa is speaking out about the cancellation of her planned Fame Kills tour with Kanye West.

"It was a mutual decision," revealed the Pantsless One at the Billboard Women in Music Event on Thursday. "Kanye's going to take some time off. But the good news is that I'm going on tour in a few weeks."

Can't wait a few weeks to revel in the majesty that is Lady GaGa live? No worries; the "Poker Face" songbird will serve as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live tomorrow night, and according to Just Jared she'll be performing "Bad Romance." The song is GaGa's fifth single, which will be released on her double-disc The Fame Monster, the massively expanded re-release of her hit album The Fame. (The record will hit stores on November 24.)
