Iliza Shlesinger, first female to win 'Last Comic Standing'

Iliza Vie Shlesinger, a comedian from Dallas, Tx, became the first female to win 'Last Comic Standing.'
Iliza attended Greenhill School in Dallas, where she was a member of the Improv Team at the school. The 27-year-old graduated from Emerson College and was a member of the 'Whiteboy Comedy' group of comedians from Los Angeles. Becoming one of the most famous members of the 'Whiteboy' group, lead her to perform at the Improv in Hollywood. The talented comedian also hosts 'The Weakly News' on TheStream.tv. Iliza holds the honor of not only being the first female winner but is also the youngest winner of 'Last Comic Standing' contest on NBC. lliza competed against comedians Jeff Dye and Marcus in the final three. Jeff was eliminated first out of the three remaining contestants. During Iliza and Marcus' time on stage, the female comedian slaughtered him each time she performed.
