A 13-year-old American boy, Jordan Romero, on Saturday became the youngest climber to reach the world's highest peak, Mount Everest, according to information posted on his climbing team's blog.
A spokesperson for Romero’s climbing team confirmed that the boy achieved the 29,035-foot summit on Saturday.

“I’m more happy than nervous. I feel very good. The breathing is very difficult here, but I’m definitely moving a little slower, ” Romero said through his satellite phone from a tent in Nepal.

Jordan Romero climbed the highest peaks on six continents and hopes to reach the highest in the world, but it all depends on weather conditions. The Mount Everest challenge will be his first above 8,000 meters.
Remember that the youngest person who have climbed Mount Everest is Temba Tsheri from Nepal , who reached the summit at 16 years.
