Erin Barry is officially divorcing former NBA basketball Brent Barry.

Late last year, Erin Barry was involved in a controversy when it was alleged that NBA player Tony Parker was sending her hundreds of text messages.

The phone messaging was thought to have lead to the breakup of Parker's marriage with Eva Longoria.

A week before Thanksgiving Parker and Barry were alleged to be having an affair. Longoria filed for divorce soon afterwards.

Outlined in the Barry's divorce proceedings is a plan to share joint custody of their two young children, according to TMZ.

"The docs show Brent and Erin signed a prenup before they tied the knot - which will determine how they will divide their property. The terms of the prenup are confidential.

"But get this, Erin was awarded child support through 2013 to the tune of $4,000 a month - but agreed to stop taking Brent's money three years after she graduates from law school ... with the expectation she can provide for herself."

The Dirty Refuses To Give Erin Andrews Her Privacy

Last year, a nude video and photos of ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews went viral thanks to a creepy stalker who made a peephole video of her at a hotel. That stalker went to prison for 30 months, but the photos remain free — and accessible on various forums on the Internet.

Apparently, one of Andrews’s lawyers is still working to try to get them taken down. But a letter to gossip blog, The Dirty, had the opposite effect.

TMZ reported that lawyer Scott Carr emailed TheDirty.com a cease and desist letter this week, asking the site to take down the images and remove them from search engines, as they violate Andrews’s right to privacy. Carr also threatened the site with copy infringement for publishing the photos, indicating that Andrews now has legal ownership over them.

TheDirty has been sued many times before; past lawsuits include one filed by a Bengals cheerleader and one by a Texas woman — which resulted in a $1.5 million judgment. It’s possible that the site’s owner, Hooman Karamaian, just doesn’t care anymore about legal punishments. Because instead of taking Andrews’s photos down, he re-posted the 22 screenshots of Andrews today, redacting the naughtiest bits with “The Dirty” logo.

“Erin Andrews, can you ask your lawyers if this is the post they want me to take down because I am confused?” wrote Hooman Karamaian, who uses the alias Nik Richie. “Welcome back to reality… your fault.- nik.”

It’s unbelievably provocative and seems sure to result in another lawsuit for the site. If there were a driver’s license required to be on the Internet, as Microsoft executive Craig Mundie once suggested, Karamaian’s would certainly be taken away for this move.

Erin Andrews Blames Hotels for Enabling Peeping Tom

She took care of her stalker. Now Erin Andrews is gunning for the hotels she claims enabled her the stealthy cinematographer.

The Dancing With the Stars alum/ESPN reporter filed a lawsuit Thursday in Chicago against a number of hotel chains, including Marriott International and Raddison Hotels, accusing them of failing to protect her privacy from the Peeping Tom.

You could say she didn't particularly care for their room service...

Also among the plaintiffs is her candid cameraman himself, Michael David Barrett, a onetime insurance salesman who pleaded guilty to a felony stalking charge last year and who is currently serving a two-and-a-half year sentence in a federal pen.

Barrett admitted jerryrigging a peephole in a hotel suite adjacent to the Dancing With the Stars hoofer and surreptitiously videotaping her in the nude, then disseminating the footage on the Internet.

As a result, Andrews' lawsuit seeks to hold the lodges accountable for management decisions that led employees to divulge her room number and allow the 48-year-old pervert to register in connecting hotel rooms at his request without her knowledge.

"Not only did the hotels confirm that Ms. Andrews was intending to register as a guest, but they also released, without Ms. Andrews' consent, her room number. The hotels then provided Michael David Barrett a hotel room immediately adjacent to hers," her law firm, Greene, Broilett & Wheeler, said in a statement.

In court docs, Andrews stated she wanted to go after "those who put my personal safety at risk and who allowed my privacy to be invaded while I was a guest at their hotel, as well as for actually stalking me and making my most personal moments public."

To keep such incidents from ever happening again, she wanted to hit them where it hurts: their pocketbook.

"Although I'll never be able to fully erase the impact that this invasion of privacy has had upon me and my family, I do hope that my experience will cause the hospitality industry to be more vigilant in protecting its guests from the time they reserve a hotel room until they check out," Andrews said in a statement

The 32-year-old sportscaster is seeking unspecified damages for infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy while aiming to collect damages against Barrett for slightly different claims: intentional infliction of emotional distress.
