Attorney General of Michigan, Mike Cox has announced that the opinion of Andre Shrivell, assistant to the attorney general, should not be taken as reflecting the official remarks.
For half a year Shrivell has started a blog highlighting his sayings and comments against Chris Armstrong, an openly gay president at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Andre Shrivell titled his blog as “Concerned Michigan Alumnus” in late April. His first post started with “Welcome to ‘Chris Armstrong Watch’” and voiced his concerns against Chris Armstrong. He thought Chris is a radical homosexual activist, promoting gay lifestyle in the campus.
Among many posts he made, he openly accused Chris of several political maneuvers involving gay activities. Shirvell justified his act as he thought that Chris is promoting gay rights at cost of heterosexual students.
