Phoenix officers were called to TV star Frankie Muniz's house after an argument between Muniz and his girlfriend got out of hand.

Muniz's girlfriend, Elycia Turnbow, said in a police report she and Muniz were arguing Friday about prior relationships when he pulled out a gun and held it against his head. Turnbow said she worried he might commit suicide, so she called one of Muniz's band mates to take him to the hospital.

Muniz denied placing the weapon against his head.
"I grabbed the case, but not the gun," he said, adding that the gun was not loaded. Officers retrieved the gun from a downstairs closet and said it was loaded.

Muniz told officers he fell and hit his head during the argument and called a friend to take him to the hospital because of a possible concussion. According to the report, he left before receiving medical treatment and returned home.

Both Muniz and Turnbow said the argument continued after Muniz returned from the hospital. Turnbow accused Muniz in the report of throwing her into a wall and punching her in the back of the head, but officers reported no noticeable injuries.

In the report, Muniz said Turnbow began to hit him after returning from the hospital, demanding to see his computer. Turnbow fell to the floor during the fight over the computer, according to Muniz. Muniz said he was afraid the fight was getting out of control, so he called police.

Officers questioned Muniz about assaulting Turnbow. He replied, "No. I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry."
