Liam Neeson has admitted that he still has two barrels full of unopened letters of condolence following the death of his wife Natasha Richardson in 2009.
The British actress died after banging her head during a skiing trip in Quebec, Canada, in March 2009. She left sons Michael, 15, and Daniel, 14, to be cared for by their father.
Neeson, 58, revealed that he still hasn't been able to bring himself to read the mass of letters sent in by well wishers.
He told People, 'I have two barrels of letters I still haven't opened yet.'
But he added that he has managed to find joy in being there for his two sons. 'My kids are good. And as long as they're good, I'm good. It's as simple as that. I have an extraordinary family on both my side and my wife's side,' he said.
