Charlie Sheen was arrested on domestic violence charges on Christmas Day in Aspen, Colo., TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Early Friday morning, the Aspen Police Department responded to a 911 call of domestic violence. Sheen, 44, listed as Carlos Irwin Estevez in the police report, was placed under arrest on charges of second degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief. All charges are connected to domestic violence, according to the police report.

The Two and a Half Men star is being held in the Pitkin County Jail without bond until his court appearance. No date for his hearing has been set.
The person Sheen is charged with assaulting did not require hospitalization and was unidentified in the report.
Sheen married real estate investor Brooke Mueller last year.
"Do not be mislead by appearance," Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, said in a statement. "Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion."
