Memorial Day a day to honor all of America’s fallen soldier throughout time. On this Memorial Day 2010, The Sergeant Audie Murphy Club (SAMC) inducted another of America’s military leaders into its ranks. Today Sergeant Holly Burke, a three time Iraq tour survivor and leader, has achieved one of the greatest honors an NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) can achieve; she was welcomed as a member into the SAMC.
Becoming a member of The Sergeant Audie Murphy Club is something Burke has always aspired to. She is said be completely overwhelmed and honored. The Sergeant was quoted saying “Being named to the SAMC means everything to me; I studied for this for a year and had no expectation of getting it on my first try. It’s all very surreal to me. But having accomplished this shows me that I actually am good at something.”
The SAMC is a military organization that recognizes America’s finest; the men and women who have serve our country.
The Sergeant Audie Murphy Club was named after the legendary and most decorated soldier of the WWII era Sergeant Audie Murphy.

LAS VEGAS, May 31 (UPI) -- French-Canadian singer Celine Dion is pregnant at the age of 42 with twins, her assistant said.
Dion is nearly four months pregnant and due in late October or early November, her assistant Anna DeMartino said.
Dion plans to give birth and then return to Caesars Palace March 15 for three years, DeMartino told Vegas Confidential.
The singer and her husband, Rene Angelil, have a 9-year-old son, Rene Charles, and have tried several times unsuccessfully to have more children, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Monday.
Rene Charles was conceived through in vitro fertilization, as were Dion's anticipated twins, the Review-Journal reported.
Dion underwent acupuncture treatments six weeks before her most recent in vitro procedure and will continue the treatments for the rest of her pregnancy, DeMartino said.

Whenever you get more than what you want then it gives a great feeling. Same happened with Celine Dion because she was looking forward for becoming pregnant but she has been blessed with twins. It’s really very great news for 42-year-old star Celine Dion and her husband René Angelil. The couple has a nine years old son Rene Charles and after his birth the couple went through various rounds of in- vitro fertilization for making Dion pregnant again but they couldn’t make it possible.
Yesterday, Singer Céline Dion and her husband and manager René Angelil announced that they are expecting twins and Céline Dion is 14 weeks pregnant. René Angelil says that they are very happy and Céline Dion is hoping for a healthy pregnancy. For them having two at a time is a great blessing because they were hoping for one.
Céline Dion’s rep. Kim Jakwerth also confirmed the news. Last year in August shortly after the announcement of the singer’s pregnancy, she suffered a miscarriage.
René Angelil said that he and Dion were “ecstatic.” Canadian national René Angélil is also his wife singer Céline Dion Angelil’s manager. His wife Céline Dion started her career in 1960s and founded a band “The Baronets” with her childhood friend.
René Angelil has won Félix Award of Manager of the Year in 1987 and 1988. He married to Céline Dion on December 17, 1994. He suffered from throat cancer and after recovery he appeared as a cancer survivor for the Simple Plan’s Save You video.

As Dario Franchitti was closing in on victory at the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, Mike Conway was closing in on Ryan Hunter-Reay. The big difference was that while a full-of-adrenaline Franchitti went on to win the world's biggest race, Conway went to the hospital after a horrific wreck with an out of gas Hunter-Reay.
"I had nowhere to go," Hunter-Reay said after the race. He was also involved in an earlier incident with Scott Dixon in the pits, causing torn ligaments in his right thumb that will require surgery Monday.
With no fuel and no power, Hunter-Reay's car was essentially a sitting duck, unable to get out of the way to avoid a collision with Conway, whose car struck the left side of Hunter-Reay's car, sending the 27-year-old Conway's car airborne and virtually upside down into the catch fence, disintegrating into hundreds of pieces that littered the track.
While Conway suffered an injury to his left leg in the spectacular crash that required he be airlifted to nearby Methodist Hospital, he never lost consciousness and the injury was not considered life-threatening.

Dennis Hopper died at the age of 74 after losing his long battle with prostate cancer. Hopper, best known for Easy Rider, Blue Velvet and starring opposite Keanu Reeves in Speed, passed away at his home in Los Angeles, California, on May 29.
Hollywood is missing a man who created great work and was also known for stirring the pot on more than one occasion to raise the ire of the establishment.
Born in May of 1936, Hopper came to enormous fame when he wrote and starred in the counter-culture classic, Easy Rider, co-starring Peter Fonda. Hopper would later think of the film as a huge political moment in American history where the power of the youth had finally been broadcast to a wide audience through the medium of film.
What is also so special about Easy Rider is it was Hopper who cast Jack Nicholson, who was a struggling Los Angeles attorney.
Hopper had been fighting cancer valiantly for over nine years and finally succumbed at the age of 74.
Among his co-stars leaping at the chance to tribute their lost friend was Easy Rider co-star Peter Fonda.
"Dennis introduced me to the world of Pop Art and lost films. We rode the highways of America and changed the way movies were made in Hollywood," Fonda said. "I was blessed by his passion and friendship."
After his success and career rejuvenation with Speed alongside Reeves and a newcomer named Sandra Bullock, Hopper did his fair share of "bad" movies, otherwise known in this town as "paycheck" films, including starring in the film version of the game, Mario Brothers.
Late in his life, Hopper was cast in the Starz series based on the film Crash. Hopper received glowing reviews for what was one of his last pieces of work.
SheKnows caught up with Hopper co-star Katrina Bowden just days before Hopper’s death and the 30 Rock actress was glowing about her experience filming The Last Film Festival alongside a legend.
"He's such a good actor. I was very impressed," Bowden said. "My time with him was precious. I will always treasure it."

When it comes to Hollywood hotties, it seems the New York Yankees just can't get enough.
Joanna Garcia is set to head to the altar with outfielder Nick Swisher, according to People.
This is the second engagement for the 30-year-old Privileged star, who was previously linked to Trace Ayala, Justin Timberlake's William Rast partner.
The 29-year-old athlete's home team has had its share of Hollywood hook-ups, and that's only factoring in Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez. Jeter's been with Friday Night Lights star Minka Kelly for some time now, and Alex Rodriguez has been linked to Kate Hudson and, more recently, Cameron Diaz.
Garcia and Swisher have reportedly been dating since last fall.

Tens of thousands of Moroccans ignored conservatives' calls to ban pop music legend Elton John from performing Wednesday (May 26th) at the Mawazine Festival in Rabat.
"It's the first time I've been to Morocco and I'm really happy to come to Rabat to sing," the singer told the 40,000-strong crowd, whose size contrasted sharply with the opposition Justice and Development Party's (PJD) call to drop the performer for being gay.
The famed singer delivered a two-hour concert and appeared to be at the height of his powers despite 40 years in show business, sailing from one song to the next.
"Since my earliest childhood, I've sat down with my father to listen to songs by my favourite singer, Elton John. I can't believe that I'm now actually seeing him live," said 22-year-old Samir Mourabiti, who travelled to the concert from Kenitra.
Mourabiti's father Moha told Magharebia that he had fond memories of Elton John from the 1970s and 1980s.
"This iconic performer's classic songs remind me of my younger days. I have almost all of his CDs at home. It was a great idea to invite him to the Mawazine Festival," he said.
The Mawazine Festival invites artists on the basis of the quality of their performance on stage and their artistic career, and is not interested in their private lives, festival artistic director Aziz Daki told Magharebia.
The festival has become a symbol of cultural diversity by hosting artists from different cultural backgrounds.
Young and not-so-young fans of the singer of hits like "Sacrifice" did not share the view of the PJD.
"We're Elton John fans and always will be. What really matters to us is not his private life, but his own particular artistry," 23-year-old student Ilham Menouri said, adding that Morocco has chosen the "path of openness to the world" and cannot turn back just because of "obscurantist ideas".
Mohamed T., an engineer, said that its impossible to judge someone on the simple basis that they are different from you, especially when that person is a great artist.
To prevent any unpleasant surprises during the concert, special security measures were arranged to protect the world-famous singer. No incidents were recorded, despite the massive crowds.

Gary Coleman is facing his third medical emergency this year.
The Diff'rent Strokes star, 42, is currently listed in critical condition in a Provo, Utah, hospital.
"I can confirm Mr. Coleman is a patient here at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center," hospital spokeswoman Janet Frank tells PEOPLE. "He's listed in critical condition. He was admitted Wednesday. We are not confirming what department he's in or any further details."
Coleman's brother-in-law told TMZ.com that the actor suffered a head injury after a fall.
A rep and lawyer for the actor didn't return calls for comment.
Coleman was hospitalized after suffering a seizure on the set of The Insider in February, and was hospitalized in January as well.

Another living legend, John Robert “Joe” Cocker, showed up in the most talked about show, the American Idol.
He surprised the crowd and performed at the end of the Finale together with Crystal Bowersox and the Idol Winner, Lee DeWyze singing Cocker’s hit song “with a Little Help From My Friends”.
He has still the “it” to the people. That night, he became the perfect median between Crystal and Lee’s styles.

John Robert "Joe" Cocker, OBE (born on 20 May 1944 in Sheffield, England) is an English rock/blues musician, composer and actor who came to popularity in the 1960s, and is most known for his gritty voice, his idiosyncratic arm movements while performing, and his cover versions of popular songs, particularly those of the Beatles. He is the recipient of several awards, including a 1983 Grammy Award for his song "Up Where We Belong", a duet which he performed with Jennifer Warnes. He was ranked #97 on Rolling Stone's 100 greatest singers list.
A British rock/R & B singer who's been a solo act from the start, Joe Cocker isn't a top-rank artist by any means. He writes very little of his own material, plays no instruments, and finds himself completely at the mercy of whatever producer and backing musicians he lands with. Over the years he's had sporadic success, without a solid hit album since 1970. Despite this, Cocker deserves credit for his gravelley, soulful, and distinctive singing - his phrasing and stage antics were lifted straight from Ray Charles, but he always managed to put his own stamp on the proceedings. Furthermore, he was closely tied in to the late-60s British rock scene, and during that period he brought together a lot of its best elements to produce a few fine records.
A note on sidemen: Cocker is most closely associated with Leon Russell in many people's minds, and in fact Russell was largely responsible for Cocker's two biggest records (joe cocker! and Mad Dogs). However, his most loyal collaborator over the years has been keyboardist and occasional songwriter Chris Stainton. Other than that, there's little consistency to Cocker's backing band, which on most records includes a dozen or more performers.
You Can Leave Your Hat On Lyrics
Baby
take off your coat
real slow.
Take off your shoes
I'U. take off your shoes.
Baby
take off your dress
yes
yes
yes.
You can leave your hat on -
You can leave your hat on -
You can leave your hat on.
Go on over there
turn on the light
no
all the lights.
Come over here
stand on that chair
yeah
that's right.
Raise your arms in the air
now shake 'em.
you give me reason to live - you give me reason to live -
you give me reason to live - you give me reason to live.
Sweet darling - you can leave your hat on -
You can leave your hat on
baby - you can leave your hat on -
You can leave your hat on - you can leave your hat on -
You can leave your hat on.
Suspicious minds are talkin'
they're tryin' to tear us apart !
They don't believe that it is love of mine -
They don't know what love is - they don't know what love is -
They don't know what love is - they don't know what love is -
I know what love is !
There ain't no way - you can leave your hat on -
You can leave your hat on - you can leave your hat on -
Give me the reason to live - you can leave your hat on!

50 Cent weight loss pictures show scary skinny actor, writer of Things Fall Apart movie
The pictures of 50 Cent’s weight loss were posted on ThisIs50.com Wednesday at noon – and within a few hours, news of 50 Cent’s shocking and scary-looking weight loss had traveled the web and back again.
People are so surprised by the pictures of a skeletal-faced looking 50 Cent, some are busy debating whether the photos were Photoshopped and fake or really 50 Cent and real.
But the weight loss appears to be real and not a Photoshopped hoax -- and all for a starring turn as "Deon" in the movie called Things Fall Apart -- named after the famous book, a title The Roots used for their popular song as well.
“50 Cent lost a lot of weight for his upcoming movie Things Fall Apart," reads the text between the pictures of 50 Cent, which goes on to describe the dangerous-sounding diet 50 Cent underwent to lose weight.
“In the movie 50 Cent plays a football player diagnosed with cancer. He dropped from 214 pounds to an astonishing 160 with a liquid diet and three-hour-a-day treadmill walks for nine weeks.”
Other sites claim that 50 Cent drank some kind of icee concoction, with Thisis50.com quoting the artist, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, as saying: "I was starving."
But now that he’s back on tour, 50 says: "I've been eating. I'll be back in shape in no time!"
IMDB lists 50 Cent as one of the writers of the Things Fall Apart screenplay – one of several movies 50 is given writing credits for, including The Ski Mask Way – a title rap fans recognize from a popular lyric in a Biggie songs.
For those who enjoyed the actor’s role as himself in 2005’s Get Rich or Die Tryin' as Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson, it’s fascinating to see just how far he is going for his craft.
Not much info goes into details about the plot of Things Fall Apart other than articles like this one in Variety, which bespeak of the newfound passion 50 Cent has for acting, and his obvious dedication to the craft.
Seems odd that he’s playing a senior in college, unless the 34-year-old is flashing back to the time when his character developed cancer, or some such other film-making device.
With 50 Cent’s money backing the Mario Van Peebles-directed venture, here’s hoping the script is amazing – and that the distribution gets him on some screen to show off that weight loss dedication and heart-breaking role.

An alleged picture of Evan Longoria's penis has surfaced online. The photo shows little more than a man's inner thighs and penis, all of which belong to the Tampa Bay Rays' hard-hitting third baseman, according to Barstool Sports.
The author of the blog post, Jenna, writes that several years ago Longoria "spotted my facebook account via internet stalking and started talking to me." The correspondence purportedly culminated with the Rays slugger sending a penis picture, and the two-time All Star allegedly wrote a lovely note to accompany the photograph: "Like that babe?"

Lindsay Lohan Ankle Bracelet Monitor. Once again actress Lindsay Lohan will be wearing a alcohol monitoring device on her ankle. The alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet, known as a SCRAM device, will monitor Lohan’s perspiration for the presence of alcohol. The device transmits it’s findings to the company that makes it, which will then notify the court or a probation officer if the presence of alcohol is detected.
This is the second time that Lidsay Lohan has had to wear one of these ankle bracelet monitors. The first time was three years ago, after her first DUI arrest. The first time wearing the ankle bracelet was voluntary, this time it is not.

She complained that they device would interfere with her acting and modeling work, but the judge was not interested in negotiating on the matter.

There were two celebrity deaths in the news today. Brittany Murphy's husband Simon Monjack was found dead in the same Hollywood Hills home where his wife died in December.
"Brittany's mom, [Sharon Murphy] made the 911 call. He was unresponsive when responders arrived and was pronounced dead at the house," Los Angeles Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told People magazine. "It's being reported [by the responding fire department] as a possible heart attack. We're not sure if it is natural causes or a possible accident maybe because of the prescription medication found there."
Slipknot bassist Paul Gray was found dead in a hotel this morning. The cause of death is unknown. Police say they found no signs of foul play, but they are conducting an investigation.
Gray was 38-years-old.

Simon Monjack, the British husband of the late Hollywood actress Brittany Murphy, died of natural causes, Los Angeles police said.
Monjack, 39, was found dead on Sunday night, five months after Murphy's death and in near identical circumstances.
He collapsed at the Hollywood home which the couple once shared. Murphy's mother, Sharon, who also lived in the house, raised the alarm in an emergency call at 9.40pm.
He was pronounced dead by paramedics after rescucitation attempts failed. Police gave the preliminary cause of death as natural causes. He is believed to have suffered a heart attack.
"We concluded there are no signs of foul play or any criminal activity involved," said Sgt Alex Ortiz, spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department. Sources said a number of prescription medications were found at the address.
The Los Angeles Coroner's Office has taken over the investigation.
Monjack claimed to have a history of cardiac problems. Returning from Murphy's film set in Puerto Rico last November, he collapsed on board the flight and needed medical treatment. Initally he blamed it on a heart attack, but later said he had suffered a heart attack.
Mrs Murphy also discovered her daughter's body in December 2009. The 32-year-old actress, famous for her roles in Clueless and 8 Mile, died of pneumonia, with drug intoxication as a contributing factor.
In the months following Murphy's death, Monjack's role in her life came under uncomfortable scrutiny.
A grieving Monjack made frequent, emotional telephone calls to the Press after Murphy's death, defending his character and speaking of his love for her. The couple were planning a family and a new life in New York, he said.
Monjack was questioned by investigators about Murphy's drug intake but was not considered a suspect in her death. When the coroner described Murphy's death as "preventable" and said she would still be alive if she had seen a doctor instead of self-medicating, Monjack declared himself "ridiculously upset".
His attempts to build a "legacy" for his late wife proved typically controversial. He launched the Brittany Murphy Foundation and announced plans for a celebrity fundraiser, with ticket prices of $1,000 per individual or $10,000 per corporation. Critics called the event "tacky", and Monjack called it off. It then emerged that he had not registered the foundation as a charity and promised to return all donations.
Murphy left nothing to Monjack in her will. She bequeathed her estate to her mother.

He won 13 games in his single season with the team and pitched a five-hit shutout in the playoffs against the St. Louis Cardinals, the Dodgers' first postseason win since 1988.
Jose Lima, whose high-energy brand of pitching he called "Lima time" helped send the Dodgers to the playoffs in his only season in Los Angeles, has died. He was 37.
Lima died Sunday, Dan Evans, his agent, told The Times. According to Pasadena Police Lt. Tracey Ibarra, paramedics were called to Lima's home just after 6 a.m. He had suffered an apparent cardiac arrest and was taken to Huntington Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Ibarra said. The cause of death will be determined by an autopsy, said Los Angeles County coroner's investigator Kelli Blanchard.

Evans said Lima had been out with his family Saturday night and had gone dancing and exhibited no signs of ill health.
Lima won 13 games for the Dodgers in 2004, helping the team win the National League Western Division title. He pitched a five-hit shutout in the playoffs against the St. Louis Cardinals, the Dodgers' first postseason win since 1988.
Lima, who also pitched for Houston, Detroit, Kansas City and the New York Mets in his 13 major league seasons, sometimes alienated opponents with his antics, which included gesturing grandly on the field, pounding his chest and yelling into his glove. He even sang the National Anthem before a game with the Dodgers. But many former opponents said they enjoyed him once they played on his team and got to know him.
"You come to realize that the energy you see on the mound isn't a false persona, that's Jose Lima," Dodgers catcher Brad Ausmus told The Times on Sunday. Ausmus played with Lima in Houston and Detroit.
"He was a showman, a hot dog. But he'd win games; and I think a lot of times, it wasn't his ability but his ability to will himself to do it," Dodgers Manager Joe Torre said. "In talking himself into it, I think he sort of intimidated some of the opposition too."
Lima had been to Dodger Stadium about five times this month and on Friday sat in the front row of the field level behind home plate and received a loud ovation when he was introduced between innings. Sunday, the Dodgers observed a moment of silence in Lima's memory before the game.
He was born Jose Desiderio Rodriguez Lima on Sept. 30, 1972, in the Dominican Republic. Lima was signed by the Detroit Tigers in 1989, and the right-hander debuted with them in 1994. He made the All-Star team in 1999 with the Houston Astros when he won 21 games.
Lima was traded back to the Tigers in 2001 but released by the team in 2002. Kansas City picked him up from an independent league team in 2003, but he turned down their offer in 2004 to sign with the Dodgers.

Do you hear that?
It’s the sound of Jeremy Renner’s street cred evaporating.
The Oscar-nominated star of The Hurt Locker, who first rose to fame as Jeffrey Dahmer in the indie Dahmer, is reportedly dating Jessica "Sexual Napalm" Simpson.
Simpson and Renner were first linked together in March when they were spotted at a cocktail party hosted by Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary. Tabloids insisted Renner "spent the night hitting on Simpson like crazy. They were really flirting up a storm."
But Renner claimed they only spoke for three minutes and were merely talking shop about Ken Paves, celebrity hair stylist and Simpson's BFF, who styled Renner's mother’s hair for the Oscars.
We wonder what the excuse will be this time now that Us Weekly is reporting that the pair has been "on the sly for months."
Proof? Last weekend, Renner, 39, and Simpson, 29, attended the White House Correspondents' Association dinner in Washington, not together, but they were both in attendance. No big whoop, right? Well, later they were seen entering Washington's Saint Regis Hotel around 2:45 am, Sunday morning. Again, not together, but they walked in about 30 seconds apart so, some say, they could keep their couple status under wraps.
Could this be a case of too much innuendo and drawn conclusions? Or are these two secretly making whoopee? If so, we seriously hope Jeremy can get that girl to brush her teeth more often. Listerine and a sweater rub-down are NOT dental hygiene.
Conveniently, the report that Jessica has a new man comes after everyone was buzzing about her run-in with her ex, Tony Romo, and his new girlfriend, Candice Crawford, at the same event, while Simpson was solo. It makes us wonder if this is the handiwork of Papa Joe and Renner is an unwitting casualty of the Simpson spin machine.

A spokesperson for Romero’s climbing team confirmed that the boy achieved the 29,035-foot summit on Saturday.
Jordan Romero, 13, look for this weekend to become the youngest climber to reach the summit of Mount Everest. Jordan Romero reached base camp to camp 1 and is now expected to spend the winds to move forward. Camp 1 is on 7010 meters high and the summit of Mount Everest at 8850 meters.
“I’m more happy than nervous. I feel very good. The breathing is very difficult here, but I’m definitely moving a little slower, ” Romero said through his satellite phone from a tent in Nepal.
Jordan Romero of Big Bear, California, climb with his father Paul and three Sherpa guides.
Jordan Romero climbed the highest peaks on six continents and hopes to reach the highest in the world, but it all depends on weather conditions. The Mount Everest challenge will be his first above 8,000 meters.
Remember that the youngest person who have climbed Mount Everest is Temba Tsheri from Nepal , who reached the summit at 16 years.

Casey Anthony will still face a potential death penalty should she be found guilty in the charge that she killed her two year old daughter, Caylee, in 2008. Her defense team attempted to get that charge removed because of gender bias. The judge ruled against that. Her trial is scheduled to begin a year from now. She was originally supposed to begin her trial this year, around October. Circumstances prevented that from happening. Her first defense attorney left the case, and she had filed as an indigent. Whatever money she had at her disposal is gone. It came out a few months ago that ABC News paid $200,000 to her family for videos and other related material, to show on television. That fact came out in a hearing about her claims of poverty. That money was swallowed up in paying for her defense.
It is my opinion that Casey is both a sociopath, and a child killer. The tears she sheds in court are for herself. The details of this case will most likely never come out in regards to why she did in her two year old daughter. I don't think she has the capability to admit guilt, which is at the core of being a true sociopath: she is devoid of a conscience.
Whether she deliberately set out to kill Caylee, or something occurred and Casey did something to her in the heat of a moment, will never be revealed. When this trial gets underway, I think we'll be reminded that both her parents suspected the worst at the beginning of this case. At the heart of this tragedy, it is my feeling that Casey just came to the conclusion she was not ready to be a parent; Caylee had become an annoying distraction from her, otherwise, fun-loving life. Like so many young people who get pregnant, they then realize it's not just a kick or a hobby, but a life-long commitment and major responsibility. Unlike most young parent(s), she happened to kill her baby girl.
Casey's defense team tried to show that there was some inherent bias against a woman accused of killing her daughter. That bias having to do with a woman accused of such deviant behavior would face additional scrutiny by a jury, and that the facts of the case would be lost due to that heinous act of killing a child. I think that argument is absurd. How can you get away from the fact that she is charged with killing a child? That's the essence of the case! That tactic did not work, and Casey will face the death penalty. I'm not sure a plea deal is in the works. That might be the only way she might save herself: admit guilt and get a life sentence. I'm betting she won't do that because, again, as a sociopath, she'll refuse to admit guilt. In that sense, she is like the Peterson boys: Scott and Drew. Not related, they both killed their wives. Drew did in two because (I believe) they threatened to leave him: his ego (& bank book) couldn't handle that. Scott did in his wife Laci because he met a new girl he wanted more. Both Petersons came up with some fictional story about their wives deaths, just as Casey Anthony did. Scott Peterson will never admit guilt, and I don't expect Drew will ever come clean.
Some people are born without a conscience. Killing, for them, is a means to an end: in these cases, it will mean (& has meant for Scott) their own end of freedom. In Casey's case, it could mean the end of her life.

Kendra Wilkinson and her ex-boyfriend Justin Frye are in the whole explicit movie scandal together, as RadarOnline revealed today. In spite of the fact that Kendra has loudly declaimed any involvement in this tape being released, and protested its sale…it turns out that she gets up to 50% of the proceeds, and that Justin Frye was paid $100,000 for the tape by Vivid Entertainment.
Apparently, Kendra and Justin Frye made this tape together, then she left it behind when she went to live in the Hefner mansion. Whoopsie! Never leave tapes like that behind!
Waiting until Kendra became famous and the price would be at its highest, Justin Frye sold the tape — but Kendra gets as much as half of the money made on sales. So hopefully this doesn’t cost her marriage and family, as it surely won’t be enough money to make up for that!

Floyd Landis, the American cyclist whose 2006 Tour De France victory was nullified after a positive doping test, has sent a series of emails to cycling officials and sponsors admitting to, and detailing, his systematic use of performance enhancing drugs during his career. The emails also claim that other riders and cycling officials allegedly participated in doping, including seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong.
It's unclear how many emails Mr. Landis sent. Three emails, which are dated between April 30 and May 6, have been reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Landis copied seven people on these three emails, including officials with USA Cycling and the International Cycling Union. Three people who have seen the emails and spoken to Mr. Landis about them say they are authentic.
Mr. Armstrong did not respond to messages seeking comment Wednesday evening. Mr. Armstrong has faced a number of doping accusations during his career, which he has denied. He has never been sanctioned.
Mr. Landis's charges couldn't be independently verified. Mr. Landis did not respond to a request for comment.
In the emails, he expressed frustration about the inability of antidoping officials to clean up the sport.
After the Tour De France stripped Mr. Landis of his 2006 victory for testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone after one crucial stage of the race, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency gave him a two-year ban from the sport. From the moment the positive test was revealed, Mr. Landis has denied publicly ever using performance enhancing drugs.
The emails are particularly focused on American riders. Mr. Landis said in them that during his career, he and other American riders learned how to conduct blood transfusions, take the synthetic blood booster Erythropoietin, or EPO, and use steroids. Mr. Landis said he started using testosterone patches, then progressed to blood transfusions, EPO, and a liquid steroid taken orally.
In one of the emails, dated April 30 and addressed to Stephen Johnson, the president of USA Cycling, Mr. Landis said that Mr. Armstrong's longtime coach, Johan Bruyneel, introduced Mr. Landis to the use of steroid patches, blood doping and human growth hormone in 2002 and 2003, his first two years on the U.S. Postal Service team. He alleged Mr. Armstrong helped him understand the way the drugs worked. "He and I had lengthy discussions about it on our training rides during which time he also explained to me the evolution of EPO testing and how transfusions were now necessary due to the inconvenience of the new test," Mr. Landis claimed in the email. He claimed he was instructed by Mr. Bruyneel how to use synthetic EPO and steroids and how to carry out blood transfusions that doping officials wouldn't be able to detect. Mr. Bruyneel and Mr. Johnson could not be reached for comment.
In the same email, Mr. Landis wrote that after breaking his hip in 2003, he flew to Girona, Spain—a training hub for American riders—and had two half-liter units of blood extracted from his body in three-week intervals to be used later during the Tour de France. The extraction, Mr. Landis claimed, took place in Mr. Armstrong's apartment, where blood bags belonging to Mr. Armstrong and his then-teammate George Hincapie were kept in a refrigerator in Mr. Armstrong's closet. Mr. Landis said he was asked to check the temperature of the blood daily. According to Mr. Landis, Mr. Armstrong left for a few weeks and asked Mr. Landis to make sure the electricity didn't go off and ruin the blood. George Hincapie, through a spokesman, denied the allegations.
In the email sent on April 30 to Mr. Johnson, Mr. Landis said that in 2006, after leaving the U.S. Postal Service team for a team sponsored by Swiss hearing aide manufacturer Phonak, he said he told Andy Rihs, the team's owner, that he had been involved in a blood doping program in the past with his old team and wanted to continue doing so with Phonak. He said Mr. Rihs, who is the chairman of Sonova Holding AG, the Switzerland-based parent company for Phonak, agreed to pay for the same doping operations at Phonak. After Mr. Landis's positive test—which was for testosterone and not blood doping—the team disbanded in 2006. Mr. Rihs and a Sonova spokesman could not be reached for comment.
In addition to these allegations, Mr. Landis's emails called current anti-doping efforts "a charade," detailed how to use EPO without getting caught and claimed he helped former teammates Levi Leipheimer and Dave Zabriskie take EPO before one Tour of California race. Mr. Leipheimer and Mr. Zabriskie could not be reached for comment.
