Beyoncé's parents Mathew and Tina Knowles may be holding off on their divorce. The couple officially filed for divorce earlier this year after Bey's father was found to have fathered a child with another woman.

According a new report from TMZ, the Knowles were scheduled to appear in a Harris County, Texas, court earlier this week but the case was thrown out after neither showed up. Neither party has yet to comment on the status of their 29-year marriage, though the dropped charges could mean that they have reconciled.

Beyoncé is also making headlines this week after a new advertisement for her perfume Heat was banned from primetime television in the U.K. The advertisement features the "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" star sporting a skimpy red dress and touching her breasts.

According to authorities the ad will now only be shown after 7:30 PM.

"Although we considered that the ad was unlikely to be harmful to adults or older children, we considered that Beyoncé's body movements and the camera's prolonged focus on shots of her dress slipping away to partially expose her breasts created a sexually provocative ad that was unsuitable to be seen by young children," Britain's ASA said in an official statement.
