After weeks of rumors and scouring the streets for a cast, VH1 has announced the lineup for the fourth installment of Celebrity Rehab.

Signed on to work with Dr. Drew Pinksy are: Party of Five star Jeremy London, model/reality star Janice Dickinson, Jason Wahler from The Hills, Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel (who is also wanted for Celebrity Apprentice), musician Leif Garrett, Frankie Lons (mother of singer Keyshia Cole) and oil heir/socialite Jason Davis.

The group will undergo 21 days of detox and treatment at the Pasadena Recovery Center. Episodes are set to premiere later this year.
